PVC Edgebanding Patterns

PVC Edgebanding applications include residential and office furniture, institutional casegoods (laboratories, hospitals, medical offices, schools, etc.), store fixtures, kitchens, locker rooms and numerous others. Rigid or Spectraedge is perfect for straight-line processing, Flexedge enables simple application to all curved furniture components, for both inside or outside radii.

PVC Edgebanding is extruded and is solid color throughout which enables clean and simple rounding of edges. All PVC Edgebanding is coated on the back with a universal bonding agent (Primer) for perfect adhesion, with hot melt EVA glues or solvent-based Adhesive, to substrates.

Characteristics
PVC Edgebanding comes in thicknesses of .018″ (0.45 mm) to 3 mm and widths ranging from 5/8 x .018 to 1-5/8 x 3MM.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is one of today’s best known and most common plastics. Edgebanding has been manufactured from this material for the furniture industry also for more than 40 years and has, due to its outstanding material properties, proven very successful. Impact resistance is excellent especialy in 1MM to 3MM Thicknesses
