Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized by Holdahl Company. Couriers and delivery personnel are not authorized to approve returns. If your return is authorized, Holdahl Company will send you a return material authorization (RMA) document that must be included with your return. Returns that do not include an RMA may be rejected or incur an additional processing fee. If your return is authorized, you will have 30 days to return the product to Holdahl Company or the return will be canceled.
Holdahl Company can only accept returns for regularly stocked product. Returns for non-stock, special-order and direct-shipped products can only be accepted if the manufacturer approves your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Restock fees apply and you will be charged for the freight to return the item unless stated otherwise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the total value of the item(s) you are returning is under $50, you are responsible for arranging the return of the item(s) to Holdahl Company.
A 20% restock fee applies to all returns unless stated otherwise. Restock fees will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is missing its original packaging, requires cleaning, or is damaged, your return may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
Special-Order, Non-Stock and Direct-Shipped Products
Returns for special-order, non-stock, and direct-shipped product can only be accepted if the manufacturer approves your return. If the manufacturer approves your return, all restock and freight charges applicable from the manufacturer will be deducted from your refund. Defective or Damaged Product
Defective or damaged product will be processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and/or return policy.
Any concealed shortages found within a shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. After this time orders are considered complete and in good condition. Shortages of packages or pallets are treated as damaged product.
Product Damaged During Shipment
All freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported to the carrier upon receipt of merchandise. Holdahl inspects and ensures all shipments leave our facilities in good condition with no damage. Any damage not reported promptly and marked on the bill of lading at the time of receipt will be denied claim.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing a return and refund may take up to 3 weeks. Any applicable restocking and shipping fees will be applied to your refund.
Holdahl Company will not accept returns for products that are obsolete, discontinued or not regularly stocked. Product that is not marketable cannot be returned. Any items purchased on clearance are not eligible for return. Items purchased over 30 days ago cannot be returned. Items not received within 30 days of an RMA being issued are no longer eligible for return.
