The last few months have challenged all of us in ways we never could have imagined. Like so many others, we've needed to adapt our business in response to COVID-19. Throughout the challenges of COVID-19, the safety of our teams and customers has remained our top priority. We continue to remain open in all locations and ship all in-stock orders within 1 business day.

  • We continue to ship all orders. Many of our customers are critical businesses. While COVID-19 has changed so many things, our commitment to shipping all products within one business day has not.

Shipping Delays

  • Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our supply chain, you may experience shipping delays. Over the past few months, we have seen a marked increase in supplier backorders, delays, and lead times. Freight and package carriers are also struggling which is effecting on-time deliveries across the country and locally.
  • Be assured that we are doing all that we can to keep disruptions to a minimum. We ask for your patience and that you plan accordingly when ordering.

Order Pick Up

    Curbside pickup is still available.When possible, please pre-order a minimum of 4 hours prior to your arrival so your product(s) can be ready when you arrive and to reduce wait times. You can pre-order by calling 763-231-3130 or placing an order on our website and selecting "Will Call" for the shipping method. Please call the Holdahl Company warehouse you are picking up from when you arrive.
