Return Policy

Return Policies

Possessing this catalog provides the holder no rights to purchase or Holdahl Company (Holdahl) the obligation to sell to the holder. Couriers/delivery personnel are not authorized to approve returns. All returned product must be pre-authorized and have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, contact Holdahl customer service. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Product must be returned within 30 days of RMA issue date.

Exclusions:

  • Product that is obsolete, discontinued or not regularly stocked by Holdahl may not be returned.
  • Product purchased over 90 days prior to an RMA request may not be returned.
  • Product that is in any way not marketable may not be returned.

All Returns for Customer Convenience (Requires a RMA.):

  • All products must be in resale condition.
  • The customer will be charged a $15.00 shipping/freight fee for all returns resulting from customer error.

Stock Product (Requires a RMA.):

For all returns other than those due to defect/damage or shipments made in error by Holdahl Company, a restocking/handling fee will be charged to the customer according to the table below:

  • 1 to 30 days 20% of product(s) price
  • 31 to 60 days 30% of product(s) price
  • 61 to 90 days 40% of product(s) price

(Product purchased over 90 days prior to an RMA request cannot be returned.)

  • Return shipping/freight for orders less than $50 value are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Allow up to 3 weeks for return processing and credit
  • Additional restocking charges may apply

Special Order or Ship Direct (Requires a RMA.):

  • Holdahl will only accept return of special order or ship direct merchandise if prior arrangements can be made with the manufacturer for return.
  • All standard restocking fees apply unless the manufacturer stipulates differently.
  • Additional restocking fees may apply.

Defective Product (Requires a RMA):

Defective product will be processed on accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and/or return policy.

Shipping Error/Damage:

Product must be inspected on receipt.

Damage:

All freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported to the carrier upon receipt of merchandise. Holdahl inspects all shipments and insures all shipments leave our facilities in good condition and with no damage. Any damage not reported promptly will be denied claim.

Shipping Error:

All shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
